Arm Drag Back Take Vs. Guard Recovery (Turtle Position)
Просмотров 4912 года назад
When we use ARM DRAG to get to the back, we need to be prepared for our opponent's most likely reactions. That's why I like to set up the seat belt as quickly as possible. While the ARM DRAG can take me to the back, the seat belt helps me stay there. Check out my newest course, where I cover everything about ARM DRAG. Concepts, Arm Drag connections with back attacks and guard passing, sweeps, t...

Muito bom! Parabéns a pai e filho pela inspiração, aos mestres pelo exemplo e ao Bruno pelo belo trampo no vídeo!
Maravilhoso vídeo. Parabéns. Exemplos a serem seguidos.

i can back roll of sorts. along way to perfect it. thanks. maybe teach my kids.
Thank you boss, now i can learn jiu jitsu in my home, best teacher/coach ever!😁
Thanks so much I just did my first back roll ❤
Another good video explaining every aspect of the technical stand up. Especially like the movement on standing to create extra space to your opponent
Easily the best videos on forward and backward rolls. Will play these a lot and in my mind while practicing. The movement is elegant & controlled.
I can't do it, i keep rolling to the side😢
Came here because I just did this for the first time yesterday and cranked my neck 🤣 This is a great help; thanks!
Brother fr same 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
The most difficult thing I've learned as an above knee amputee.
My guard retention inversion is dreadful. Needs saving.
I got a question, what is the purpose of slapping the ground?
Same thing you do with breakfalls. Helps to dissipate the energy and lessen the impact on your body
Uh, Terere
Thank you so much I finally needed this advice to get it right!
Great
Great explanation, finally starting to get the hang of it.
Thank you
Thank you! I have been trying to learn and I think I understand it much better! I hurt my neck today but you have saved me from hurting it again!
Thank you for this video. Even though I have been doing BJJ for many years, and my grandson is starting BJJ, this video enhances my explanation of the move for him.
I had to hide in a corner in class yesterday because i just could not roll backwards but i did my first backward roll today thanks you!
Very helpful thank you
This video is so helpful! ❤
Muito boa thominhas! Vou treinar essa semana que vem
My 4yr old daughter just started ju jitsu and is having trouble with the back roll. This will definitely help me learn it and teach her. Thank you!
bro I sprained my knee doing this literally... what I did wrong ? 💀
Will it help in MMA and Brazilian Ju Jitsu
Excellent..thank you for this. Life skills.
4 mths doing BJJ. Needed this
Best method on RUclips Imo
Thank you! I believe knowing how to roll may help to prevent injury for many types of falls a person encounters in life.
Yes, try to hit the concrete with your arms rolling in the street like that. Stupid technique
Thanks for coming and sharing your opinion my friend. God bless! :-)
Thank you
I think i hurt a lot my neck after A7 i got pain i should stop practice for a while you think?
Looks easier than Kiss of The Dragon. Thanks for sharing.
My lack of flexibility really hinders me on this move but at least it has shown me where I need to improve.
Very good, I was getting too square and now I noted that going out a little bit is easier to get into SLX. Obrigado.
Thanks for sharing professor.....oosshh
Thanks for your explanation, I've been more worried about looking silly doing shoulder rolls, rather than concentrating on techniques taut that day.
Awesome! Thank you for instructions!
Thank you I will work on them
Thank you for the explanation on this
Do not forget to visit hot air balloon, paraglading, kebulcar & such type of mini helicopter.
THANK YOU
Great move to slide the foot as you stand in base! A quick hop can make a huge difference. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this video! I'm just getting ready for my belt test.
Not trying to be disrespectful or critical, but do you have to slap the mat? Does it work well without doing that? Thank you for the excellent video.
Hit the mat. Thanks for your compliment, TreeFiddy!
You have to slap the mat
Fantastic explaining!
